Yes. You confirm acceptance during sign-up. If you don't agree with any clause, you can't open an account. You're free to review them here first, then decide whether poltartoto is right for you.

We'll notify you by email or in-app message before material changes take effect. You'll have a window to review the new terms. If you don't accept, you can request account closure. Continuing to play means you accept the update.

These Terms apply in supported Indonesia regions where local law permits. If you're outside those areas, you may not access our platform. We confirm your location during account verification using standard methods.

You must be at least 18 years old. During sign-up, you'll upload ID verification. We use automated and manual checks to prevent underage access. Accounts opened by minors are closed immediately and funds returned.

Contact our support team via email or live chat. We'll verify your identity using registered email, phone and ID details. Once confirmed, we'll help you regain access or reset credentials securely within 24 hours.

We close accounts for serious violations — e.g. fraud, underage access, duplicate accounts or banned territory use. We notify you of closure and explain the reason. Remaining balance is processed according to payment policy within 14 days.
